Health, safety and Environment are prime Considerations for our all contractual and permanent Employees.
The students and youth of the adjacent village (native of our work force)are encouraged and enriched by our CSR initiatives by holding Blood Donation camps, sport Activities, distribution of Books & Stationary to needy school boys and girls, besides tree Plantation programs etc.
At our facilities at Bhandara and Umred, we have developed landscapes with thick canopy of trees, “Miyawaki”; a Japanese concept of thick plantation in small area, developed at Umred, provides a variety of fruits for the mankind and nests for a range of butterflies and birds.
At operational level tireless efforts are put in to improve energy efficiency, and reduce waste and Emissions.
Our focus is on the Rain Water Harvesting and water conservation in view of the growing need to protect the flora at our facilities. besides complying to the desired standard of environment as well as the statutory compliance. We have developed beautiful lakes at Bhandara and Umred sites.
