Arun Bhandari, aged 67 years, is the main Promoter and CMD of the company. He is a B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University.
He has more than 40 years’ experience in Industrial Management and has also promoted Star Circlips & Engineering Ltd. (Carbon Steel & Retaining Rings Manufacturing Company).
He is also a Director of Toyal MMP India Pvt. Ltd. (A JV of MMP Industries Ltd.)
Mr. Mayank Bhandari,
Director
Mayank Bhandari, aged 38 years, is the Promoter, Director of the Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Warwick, England.
His responsibilities include administration, sales & marketing and commercial functions.
He is the Executive Director of Star Circlips & Engineering Ltd. as well as Director of Toyal MMP India Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Lalit Bhandari,
Whole-time Director
Lalit Bhandari, aged 66 years, is a Whole-time Director of the Company. He has been associated with MMP since its inception.
His responsibilities include operations, technical development and project management.
Mr. Tenneti Murthy,
Whole-time Director
Aged 53 years, and is General Manager – HR & Admin of the company.
He is a Masters in Sociology, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Post Graduate Diploma Personnel
Management (PGDIRPM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM).
He is been associated with the company since 2018.
