Aluminium Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR)
Introduction :
We have firmly positioning ourselves as one of the overriding steel reinforced aluminum conductor manufacturers in India. These conductors are widely used in overhead transmission line for primary and secondary distribution. It is manufactured of one or more aluminum wire & layers of wire as outer layer, layer beneath the outer layer & inner layer wire with stranded wires/single wire of high tensile galvanized steel as per IS as central core. Aluminum conductor steel reinforced is manufactured as per BS-2l5 (part-II), ASTM B-232, DIN-48204 and IEC standard. It provides excellent mechanical strength without compromising the ampacity.
Applications :
These type of conductors provide excellent design benefit for extra long spans & river crossing.

Tests of AAC, AAAC & ACSR Conductor :
Various routine tests & acceptance tests such as breaking load test, ductility test, wrapping test, resistance test and galvanizing test are all done in our fully equipped laboratory by our technically sound & experienced staff on regular basis. All the above tests are conducted as per IS standard.
